Guardini Gardenia with High Rim 31 × 20cm

The Guardini Gardenia baking tray is made from Hi-Top steel, which provides greater strength and resists warping. Its double-layer non-stick surface allows you to prepare food with minimal fat and is resistant to scratching. You can use the tray in both gas and electric ovens up to a maximum temperature of 230°C. It is suitable for baking both sweet and savoury dishes.

Hi-Top steel and its properties

The Guardini Gardenia baking tray is made from ECCS-type Hi-Top steel, which gives it greater strength and resistance to warping. A double-layer non-stick surface is applied to the steel base. COIL COATING technology ensures it is applied evenly and homogeneously across the entire surface of the tray.

Baking and use

The double-layer non-stick surface lets you bake with a minimal amount of fat, as food won't stick to the tray. The tray is designed for baking in gas and electric ovens and can withstand temperatures of up to 230°C. The material is also scratch-resistant. Thanks to its higher rim, the tray is ideal for baking cakes, buns and gratins.
