The Guardini Natural shallow baking tray, made from ECCS steel with a non-stick surface, is designed for baking in gas and electric ovens. The shallow ECCS steel tray features a natural non-stick coating with carnauba wax, which is resistant to scratches. Its low rim is ideal for preparing biscuits or pizza. The tray can withstand temperatures up to 180°C and is made in Italy.

Steel body and natural surface

The body of the tray is made from ECCS-type steel, which conducts heat evenly. COIL COATING technology means the non-stick layer is applied before the final shape is pressed. The surface is enriched with carnauba wax, a natural substance obtained from the leaves of a Brazilian palm tree. Carnauba wax gives the tray its non-stick properties while also increasing its resistance to scratches.
