Glucomannan comes from the root of the Amorphophallus konjac plant, which grows in warm and tropical regions of Asia. This plant polysaccharide is a form of soluble fibre that has many beneficial effects on the body. In the body, it binds water, can swell and thus increase its volume several times. Recommended dosage
