Gynocaps® SR is a medical device designed for natural regeneration and maintenance of vaginal microflora. The natural balance of the vaginal microflora is important for avoiding vaginal infections. Vaginal tablets contain a combination of a vaginal probiotic (Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Döderlein) and a prebiotic in a unique formulation Lcr Regenerans®. Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Döderlein is a naturally occurring bacteria in the vagina that helps maintain a healthy vaginal microflora by lowering the pH.

Gynocaps® controlled release vaginal tablets
One tablet of Gynocaps®S. R. continuously (continuously) releases Lcr Regenerans® for 4 days. Gynocaps®S. R. is the first controlled-release vaginal probiotic. Its unique form makes it easier to use a vaginal probiotic. One tablet contains the amount of lactobacilli needed for a 4-day treatment. Controlled release relieves the usual frequent discharges caused by vaginal preparations. The tablets dissolve inside the vagina and form a gel that continuously releases probiotics and prebiotics i.e. lactobacilli and nutrients for proper colonization and regeneration of the vaginal microbiota.
Gynocaps®SR dosage
Gynocaps®SR can be used at intervals after antifungal or antibiotic treatment or concomitantly with oral treatment (usually antibiotics).
- Restoration of vaginal flora - 2 tablet treatment (1 tablet every 4 days)
- Relapse prevention - 6 tablet treatment (1 tablet every 4 days)
Administration of Gynocaps®SR
- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after administration.
- Moisten the tablet in a small amount of water and insert deep into the vagina.
- After insertion, the tablet starts to release Lcr Regenerans®, which is odourless and non-staining.
- We recommend to apply Gynocaps®SR tablet once every 4 days in the evening shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains 876.9 mg of Lcr Regenerans®. The unique blend of Lcr Regenerans® contains Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Döderlein and prebiotics.
