Additional functions in the hOn app
A pleasant benefit of the HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler is the ability to use the Vivino online platform in the hOn app, which you can simply install on your smartphone for free. The additional functions offer useful advice and tips.
Natural Airflow System
The HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler is equipped with the exclusive patented Natural Airflow System technology. Using precise temperature and humidity sensors, the fan and compressor work together to maintain the perfect 50–70% humidity level found in a professional winery. Water from the reservoir at the bottom of the cooler is then converted into humidity, and an anti-gravity airflow ensures perfect distribution throughout the interior.
Low temperature compensation function
The HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler is equipped with a low-temperature regulation system. The system monitors the temperature to keep it constant, preventing any change in taste and aroma, so your wines retain their purest form. If the ambient temperature is lower than required, the system starts automatically and the appliance heats up; as soon as the desired temperature is reached, the heating switches off again.
The HAIER wine cooler has 2 temperature zones
The HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler offers 2 zones, allowing you to adapt the interior space to the wine currently being stored. White and rosé wines require a temperature of 7 to 12°C, red wines will be fine in the 15 to 18°C range, sparkling wines should be stored at 8 to 10°C, and for champagne the optimal storage temperature is 5 to 7°C.
HAIER HWS79GDG dual-zone wine cooler with anti-vibration system
HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler with anti-vibration system
The HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler has a high-quality compressor with an anti-vibration system that minimises vibrations and reduces noise to the lowest possible level. It does not exceed 37dB(A). You can be sure that nothing will damage your wines.
UV protection for the proper care of your wine
The door of the Haier HWS79GDG wine cooler is made of safety glass, which means it doesn't leave fingerprints and is resistant to scratches. To protect your prized collection, an anti-UV filter has been built into the door. Sunlight, and especially ultraviolet light, can cause chemical reactions that degrade the colour and structure of the wine, affecting its stability, taste and overall quality. The UV filters prevent rays from entering the wine cooler, so every bottle in your collection is perfectly preserved in the best condition.
Active carbon filter ensures clean air
To always keep your wine in the best condition, it is important that the air surrounding the bottles is clean. This prevents the taste and aroma of the wine from being affected. That's why the HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler is equipped with an active carbon filter, which ensures that the air inside is always pure. In other words, the wine ages in an environment that most closely resembles a natural stone wine cellar. Your bottles are thus ready to hand whenever you need them.
The interior of the Haier HWS79GDG wine cooler consists of oak wood shelves. The HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler has a capacity of 190L and allows electronic temperature adjustment in the range of +5°C to +20°C for each temperature zone separately.
Elegant oak wood shelves for safe storage
The HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler is equipped with wooden shelves, which look very elegant and are also safe for storing your favourite bottles of wine. You can place bottles of different sizes on them, in several layers. The maximum load of one shelf is 35kg.
Absolute control over the HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler thanks to the digital display
The HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler offers a clear, intuitive display that lets you set the temperature between 5–20°C for each temperature zone separately without having to open the cooler door. This allows you to choose the ideal temperature for the specific type of wine. An LED indicator and an audible alarm will alert you to a temperature increase, for example, if the door is not fully closed.
LED lighting
Tasteful lighting
The LED lighting in the HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler provides good clarity and visibility. The light consumes less energy than conventional lighting and also emits very little heat, so it does not increase the internal temperature in the HAIER HWS79GDG wine cooler and maintains optimal storage conditions for your wine.
Reversible door hinge
Customisable opening
With the HAIER wine cooler, you can choose which side the door opens. Customise the opening to suit your spatial needs.
