Apigenin is an antioxidant found in small amounts in many fruits and vegetables, but the most common sources are parsley, celery, celery and chamomile. Chamomile flowers are particularly rich in apigenin and account for 68% of the total flavonoids.

Recommended dosage
Recommended daily dose up to 1.5 grams. Place the dose under the tongue for about two minutes. The measuring cup holds 0.25 g.
