Pterostilbene
Pterostilbene is a potent polyphenol that is similar in properties to resveratrol. It has a number of positive properties on the body, including antioxidant ones, neuroprotective (treatment of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders), cardioprotective (blood pressure control), analgesic, antiatherosclerosis, anti-aging and anti-diabetic (blood sugar control). However, pterostilbene has been shown to stay in the body 7 times longer than resveratrol.

Recommended dosage
