Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose is up to 1 gram. Resveratrol only dissolves in fat sources, so it should be taken together e.g. with a tablespoon of olive oil, coconut oil, non-fat yoghurt, etc. The scoop holds 0.4 g of resveratrol.
