- The production process begins on the coffee plantation – that's where we select the highest quality beans and buy them directly from producers under a direct trade model.
- We then roast the coffee with the utmost care.
- The roasting profile is developed specifically for the cold extraction method and individually tailored to each type of coffee.
- We prepare the cold brew using our patented Hardtank technology. This allows us to achieve a higher caffeine content and a more complex flavour, and to extract more valuable nutrients from the coffee beans than with regular cold brew or hot coffee preparation.
