Use
On the body: Shake the bottle well before exposure to the sun and spray Hawaiian Tropic Protective from a distance of about 15 cm from the skin. Then spread it evenly.
On your face: Spray the spray into the palms of your hands and then gently spread it on your face. For optimal protection, repeat application at least every 2 hours or after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating.
