Hendrick's Gin is a true legend. Produced in the Scottish seaside village of Girvan in small 500L batches for absolute control over the final product, its flavour is utterly unmistakable. The botanicals and ingredients are infused into the gin during distillation in one of only four remaining Carter-Head stills, where the ingredients are not boiled but gently bathed in vapour. You'll find traditional juniper, coriander, and citrus peel, which are complemented by other botanicals and a delicate hint of rose from finely pressed essential oil of its petals. And then there's the cucumber. Fresh cucumbers are crushed, and the pulp is then mixed with cold water. This mixture is then very slowly infused. The result gives the gin its completely unique taste.
