Hilook by Hikvision IPC-T640HA-Z
The Hilook by Hikvision IPC-T IP camera delivers reliable indoor and outdoor surveillance with a high resolution of 2560×1440px and a sensitive 1/3" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor. The device, in a durable Turret design, offers a motorised varifocal lens with a focal length of 2.8 to 12mm and a wide horizontal viewing angle of 95.9° to 29.2°. Night vision uses classic EXIR 2.0 infrared technology with a range of up to 30m for a clear picture even in complete darkness. Intelligent motion detection focuses on recognising people and vehicles, while power is supplied either from the mains as standard or conveniently via an Ethernet cable using PoE technology.

Detailed, high-resolution image
At the heart of the optical system is a modern 1/3" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor, which processes video at a maximum resolution of 2560×1440px at up to 20fps. The motorised varifocal lens with a range of 2.8 to 12mm and an F1.6 aperture gives you the ability to smoothly change the focal length according to the scene being monitored. The horizontal field of view thus ranges from 95.9° to 29.2°, the vertical from 50.6° to 16.4°, and the screen size from 114.7° to 33.5°. Efficient encoding using modern H.265+, H.265, H.264+, and H.264 compression formats significantly reduces data stream requirements and saves storage space without loss of detail.
Advanced EXIR 2.0 night vision
Reliable imaging in low-light conditions is ensured by a mechanical IR cut filter and advanced EXIR 2.0 infrared technology with a wavelength of 850nm. In black and white mode, the camera operates in zero light with an integrated illuminator that has a range of up to 30m. WDR technology with a 120dB dynamic range effectively compensates for strong backlighting, while the 3D DNR function reduces unwanted image noise. The integrated smart supplementary light automatically adjusts the intensity of the infrared radiation according to the distance of the object being monitored, which prevents overexposure of close targets.
Intelligent detection and instant alerts
This device uses advanced algorithms for accurate recognition of people and vehicles, which reduces the risk of false alarms caused by things like falling leaves or small animals. The system immediately reacts to detected motion or attempts to tamper with the camera and cover its lens. When an incident occurs, the device can send an instant notification to the user's mobile phone or send a message with information to a specified email address. At the same time, it can start automatic recording to a memory card or upload the footage to a remote FTP storage.
Local and network recording storage
Users have several options for reliably storing captured video footage from the monitored area. Directly in the camera body, there is a built-in slot for microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC memory cards with support for capacities up to 256GB. In addition to local storage on the card, footage can be sent to a network FTP server or you can use cloud storage for secure backup away from the monitored object. The device supports various recording modes, including continuous recording or triggering storage based on a detected event.
Durable construction and flexible installation
The combination of a plastic cover and a metal main body gives the device high mechanical resistance and reliability in demanding conditions. With an IP67 rating, the construction is fully resistant to dust ingress and heavy rain, while operating smoothly in a temperature range of -30°C to 60°C. The three-axis angle adjustment mechanism with a 0° to 360° pan, 0° to 75° tilt, and 0° to 360° rotation range simplifies installation on both ceilings and walls. Power can be supplied via a classic 12V DC adapter or by using the standardised PoE 802.3af Class 3 network power supply.
IP camera connection and application
Network connectivity is provided by a single self-adaptive 10/100Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet port. For remote management and live viewing, you can use the iVMS-4200 client software or the HiLookVision mobile app, which is fully localised in Czech, Slovak, English, and Hungarian. The app is fully compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems for convenient access from phones and computers.
