Hitachi-LG GP60 slim, white

The Hitachi-LG GP60 slim external writer uses a patented, stone-like recording surface instead of organic dye to etch data onto the disc. M-DISC has been tested and proven to outlast standard DVDs currently on the market. Silent Play technology helps reduce noise during playback by recognising different multimedia and automatically adjusting the playback speed according to its criteria for optimal performance. Hitachi-LG optical drives with Super Multi compatibility can read and write various types of disc formats in one convenient device. This gives you the freedom to choose the most suitable media for each specific task. Enjoy complete freedom of use with both Windows and macOS compatibility. Burn more discs in less time with a maximum 8× DVD write speed. The overall slim design, measuring just 0.55 inches in height, optimises space for the slim optical processing unit (OPU). It makes a sleek companion for thin Ultrabooks and enhances portability. Weighing just 200g, thanks to design improvements, it's a convenient partner for ultra-thin laptops.
