AG TermoPasty Soldering liquid rosin 50 ml

The TK83 soldering flux for SMD and BGA soldering is the ideal solution for manual tinning as well as solderability restoration. Designed to meet the requirements of electronics professionals. The melter is a product that will transform your equipment and ensure its longevity and reliability. It is a moderately active liquid flux consisting of an alcohol solution of rosin with the addition of organic activators. Its superior formulation provides unmatched solderability even in the most demanding applications. With a density of 0.86 g/cm³ at 20 °C, the flux is extremely efficient and easy to use. Ideal for mounting SMD and BGA components and also for hand tinning to restore solderability. It is also excellent for machine soldering, tinning of wire ends, mixed assembly and soldering of passivated surfaces. Adherence to quality standards in electronics manufacturing is essential. Therefore, TK83 flux meets ISO 9454 type 1134 and J-STD-004 ROL0 standards, which confirms its highest quality and reliability. One of the most important features of TK83 flux is that it is a "No Clean" product. Flux residues have no corrosive effect, keeping your equipment safe and reliable. The product provides high soldering efficiency at temperatures up to 280°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. TK83 flux can be applied to printed circuit boards by various methods: flux wave, flux spray, flux foam, marker and brush. It is not necessary to remove the residue, but it can be removed with an alcohol or isopropyl PCB cleaner if necessary.
