The AL-Eco SmooKing Pro electric smoker is suitable for home smoking and catering. Ideal for smoking with hot and cold smoke with a maximum temperature of 110 °C. The smoker can hold 12 kg of meat and wood chips from 2 to 10 mm can be used for smoking. The smoke generator has a smoke filter that prevents tar from settling on smoked foods. Sufficient volume of the generator tank can smoke for 4-5 hours, depending on the coarseness of the chips. The smoking area is heated by a 700 W heating coil, which is covered with a stainless steel plate for easier maintenance.
