AUSTIS Fortekryl acrylic wood varnish is designed for protective coatings on interior surfaces such as furniture, wood, cork, particleboard or OSB boards. Its water-based formula ensures a low odour and quick drying times. The varnish holds safety certification for toys under the BS EN 71-3 standard, confirming its health safety. Once dry, it forms a transparent, semi-gloss film that preserves the natural texture of the wood.

Application and recommended procedure
Apply the varnish to a clean, dry surface using a brush, roller or spray. We recommend applying two to three coats to achieve optimum protection and the best final appearance. Leave each coat to dry thoroughly; the drying time for a single coat is approximately 6 hours. Theoretical coverage is 15m²/L, while actual consumption ranges between 0.10–0.13kg/m² depending on the absorbency and texture of the surface material.
