The range of the probe is up to 50 m in the open (with direct visibility to the probe). In a closed environment (oven, grill, smokehouse), the range is up to 10 m. The MeatStick wireless thermometer is designed to withstand high temperatures, is dishwasher safe and with a 50 hour battery life, it is ideal for sous-vide and low temperature slow cooking. Includes 4 sensors (3 internal resist up to 100 °C meat temperature, external up to 300 °C meat temperature). The X charger is included with a magnetic back to keep the charger handy in the kitchen. The charger is powered by 2 AA batteries (not included). To increase the range to unlimited, it is recommended to use WiFi Bridge.
