Borniak Smoke Generator, Stainless steel

The BORNIAK stainless steel smoke generator is an adaptable unit that lets you create a smoker from almost any chamber. The generator fully supports the automatic, flameless combustion of wood at the appropriate temperature, giving your smoked products a perfect smoky aroma without scorching them. Wood from the hopper is fed to the heater where it gradually chars. This fully automated process ensures the wood chips smoulder and produce smoke. A single fill of the Borniak generator with wood chips provides up to 8 hours of smoke.
