This set of ten Bosch HSS-G drill bits is for drilling into alloyed and non-alloyed steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and hard plastics. Each precision-ground drill bit is made from high-speed steel according to DIN 338. The self-centring 135° split point doesn't require pre-punching and starts drilling immediately. Drilling is up to 40% faster and requires up to 50% less feed pressure.

Bosch HSS-G drill bits are made from high-speed steel. They can handle drilling into alloyed and non-alloyed steel, cast steel, cast iron, sintered iron, malleable cast iron and non-ferrous metals. Each piece is manufactured according to the DIN 338 standard, which specifies its geometry. The precision of the drilled holes comes from the small diameter tolerance of h8. The cylindrical shank corresponds to the drill bit diameter.

Fast and efficient drilling

The self-centring 135° split point actively prevents slipping on the material. This means drilling starts immediately upon contact, with no need for pre-punching. The tip's geometry contributes to up to 40% faster drilling progress. At the same time, the required feed pressure is reduced by up to 50% compared to standard drill bits.
