Bradley Smoker - Briquettes Hickory 48 pieces

Bradley Smoker - Briquettes Hickory 48 pieces
The secret of Bradley smokers lies in the taste hidden in Bradley wood briquettes. Wood sawdust is used in their production. This sawdust is pressed together at the correct densities under precisely controlled pressure. The taste of smoked meals varies considerably depending on which type of wood has been used. Hickory briquettes are commonly used for smoking beef, game and pork, such as pork shoulder or beef ribs.

The principle of smoking in the Bradley smokehouse
Bradley barbecue smoker burns one briquette for 20 minutes. It produces a clean taste of wood in cool smoke. Once a briquette is used up, the smoke generator automatically pushes it into a bowl of water to prevent the smell of undesirable gases and unwanted scattering of ash. Subsequently, another briquette can be loaded from the container to automatically keep the smoking process running.
When burning briquettes there is no combustion, thus preserving the pure taste of selected wood. If a higher temperature of combustion of wood occurs, undesirable gases and combustion resin products will be generated. But this does not happen in Bradley smokers, so you do not have to worry that these unwanted phenomena will disrupt the perfect taste of your smoked meals.
