The Bradley Smoker (BTDS76CE) four-ring digital smoker is the ideal choice for smoked food lovers. The smoker has a capacity of 76 litres and is made of high quality stainless steel material, which ensures long life and easy maintenance. Careful insulation of the smoke chamber allows smoke to escape only through the top vent, which can be connected to a hood or chimney, eliminating smoke leakage outside the chamber.

Practical functions and easy operation

The smoker is equipped with an automatic feeder of smoking briquettes, which facilitates long-term smoking without the need for manual feeding. Four adjustable grates provide plenty of space for smoking different types of meat, fish or cheese. Maximum capacity of the smoker allows the preparation of up to 11 kg of meat depending on its arrangement. The smoker allows for cold smoke smoking, which is ideal for salmon, for example, where it helps to preserve the natural juiciness and distinctive flavour.
