The powerful Cattara grill motor is the ideal helper for flawlessly cooking meat and poultry on the grill. The use of a grill motor ensures ideal searing of meat. The meat is slowly rotated on the spit over the fire and is thus exposed to the heat source from all sides evenly. The motor is suitable for use with a 6 × 6 mm square mounted cone. The motor offers a maximum load for up to 10 kg of meat at a rotation speed of 3 rpm.
