CERESIT CS 9 Sanitary Silicone
For universal sealing jobs in areas with increased humidity, the optimal choice is CERESIT CS 9 sanitary acetoxy silicone, which serves reliably both indoors and outdoors. This single-component sealant reacts with air humidity and creates a 100% waterproof and permanently elastic joint that is highly immune to ageing, shrinking, cracking, or colour fading. Working with the material is significantly simplified and accelerated by a new generation of cartridges with a self-opening system, which eliminates any need for cutting the tip and packaging. Thanks to its excellent adhesion to glass, ceramics, and anodised aluminium without the need for prior priming, you will achieve a professional result and permanently clean joints in bathrooms and toilets, with the added guarantee of extended durability and environmentally-friendly cardboard packaging.

Permanently Elastic Sealing for Bathrooms and Toilets Without Cracks
This sanitary silicone is designed to function reliably in a demanding environment subject to water and humidity. Thanks to its permanent elasticity, the joint can absorb slight movements of building elements, which prevents the formation of cracks and subsequent leaks. High adhesion to common non-porous materials, such as glazed surfaces or sanitary ceramics, guarantees long-term stability without the risk of the sealant peeling off. The surface of the joint remains aesthetically stable, does not yellow, and resists natural ageing.
Faster Work with the Innovative Cardboard Cartridge
The new packaging design, made of sturdy cardboard with an internal aluminium insulating layer, changes the usual method of preparation before sealing. To start the application, you only need to remove the green cap, screw on the plastic tip, and insert the tube into a standard gun. The first press of the trigger automatically opens the inner seal and starts a smooth flow of sealant without the risk of injury when cutting the plastic with a knife. After finishing the work, the green lid can be put back on, which prevents air from getting in and preserves the sealant for further use.
