CERESIT CT 17 Transparent is a deep penetrating primer for the treatment of absorbent substrates. It strengthens the surface, reduces water absorption and improves the adhesion of subsequent layers such as adhesives, paints, sealants or floor trowels. It is used indoors and outdoors before bonding ceramic tiles, levelling floors, painting or bonding insulation boards. The transparent, solvent-free formulation is vapour permeable, and leaves no colouring - the substrate is clear after drying. Thanks to its fast action, it allows the application of tiles on cement and lime-cement substrates after only 15 minutes. Penetrating coating is surface dry in approximately 2 hours.
