Ceresit Waterproofing Tape CL 252 is a high-quality geotextile tape designed for internal use, which is used to flexibly bridge joints and expansion joints under ceramic tiles. Thanks to its waterproofness and flexibility, it provides reliable protection against moisture, which extends the life of building structures and prevents cracks. The belt is made of durable polypropylene and is specially designed to retain its properties even with prolonged use. Installation is simple and the strip is fully compatible with conventional waterproofing systems. Its total volume is 0.013 litres and its weight is 0.172 kg, which makes it easy to handle. This product is ideal for use in bathrooms, showers and other wet areas where maximum water protection is important.

How to use:
1. The substrate must comply with the requirements specified in the technical data sheet of the Ceresit insulation product used.
2. Insulation strips are inserted between two layers of Ceresit insulation products. First, apply the first layer of insulation, into which you insert, incorporating the insulation strip. The perforated part of the insulation strip must overlap the freshly applied insulation. After pressing the strip into the insulation, smooth the strip so that the insulation penetrates through the perforations to the surface of the strip.
3. In the case of expansion joints, create by pressing the strip in the corner or in the joint, i.e. loop, which better helps to bridge movements in the substrate. Then recoat the insulation strip with a second layer of caulking to achieve a perfect seal.
