Debbex anti-mould deep penetrating primer creates an active barrier against mould. It is based on a styrene-acrylate copolymer and serves to deeply strengthen inorganic substrates. It contains surfactants and special additives that ensure very good wetting and penetration into deeper structures. It is suitable for preparing masonry in ETICS thermal insulation systems and for treating critical, moisture-prone areas in the home. It can be used to prime concrete, anhydrite and brickwork, treat plaster, plasterboard and fibre cement boards, prepare substrates in areas with an increased risk of mould, and unify substrate absorbency before painting and applying facade coatings.

Debbex anti-mould deep penetrating primer has a water-dilutable formula that is free of heavy metals, making it more environmentally friendly. After curing, it remains insoluble in water within the substrate. It increases the adhesion of subsequent layers, such as paints, sealants and adhesives. It unifies the absorbency of the material, which prevents spotting when painting and ensures the final finish dries evenly. Debbex anti-mould deep penetrating primer actively prevents the growth of mould in the substrate.
Application:
The substrate must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease. If the substrate is affected by mould, remove it first and allow the surface to dry. Apply the coating with a brush, roller or spray in one or more layers (for very absorbent substrates). The product is ready to use and does not need to be diluted. Shake the contents of the container thoroughly before use. Apply subsequent layers only after the primer is completely dry (approx. 2 to 3 hours). Wear protective gloves during application and wash your tools with water afterwards.
