Debbex Plastic Adhesive - 50ml

Debbex adhesive is designed for bonding plastics, ABS, PVC, PC and PMMA. It offers excellent adhesion to materials and retains its elasticity and resistance to temperatures as low as -70°C. It bonds plastic parts made of ABS, PVC, polycarbonate and plexiglass, repairs soft and hard vinyl, bonds plastic covers, toys and household items, repairs objects exposed to moisture and water, and can be used in model making and the automotive industry. It fully cures after 24 to 48 hours, after which the adhesive remains permanently flexible and does not become brittle. It is easy to apply and offers 15 minutes of handling time. The resulting bond is resistant to moisture and water. Debbex adhesive guarantees a clean and durable bond that can withstand even demanding daily use. Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, the consumption is 200 to 400ml/m².

Directions for use:
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease. Roughen smooth surfaces beforehand with fine sandpaper to increase adhesion. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded. Leave to dry for approx. 10 to 15 minutes (until the adhesive is tacky to the touch). Then, press both parts together with as much force as possible for a few seconds. Final strength is achieved after 24 to 48 hours. Remove any adhesive residue with white spirit or acetone.
