Debbex Shoe Glue - 50ml

Debbex glue is designed for the footwear and textile industries. It boasts rapid adhesion and an extremely flexible bond. It can handle the high stresses placed on footwear. Once cured, the bond is permanently flexible, which prevents cracking when the sole or upper of the shoe is bent. It enables repairs and bonding of soles on both sports and casual shoes, leather products like handbags, belts, and clothing, joining textile materials in the footwear industry, repairing rubber and synthetic parts of shoes, and gluing small textile accessories that require a flexible bond. The glue is easy to use. It offers ample time for handling and positioning the parts to be glued. Once dry, the bond resists water and moisture, preventing shoes from coming apart in rainy weather or when walking on wet terrain. You can use Debbex glue on leather, textiles, rubber, wood, and synthetic materials.

Instructions for use:
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease. It is advisable to roughen smooth materials (rubber, leather) with sandpaper beforehand. Apply a thin layer of glue to both surfaces to be bonded. Allow to dry for approximately 10 to 15 minutes (until the glue is tacky to the touch and does not form strings). Then, press the two parts together with as much force as possible (e.g., using clamps or by tapping with a hammer over a protective pad). The strength of the bond depends on the pressure applied. Final strength is achieved after 24 to 48 hours. Remove any excess glue with technical benzine or acetone.
