Den Braven Chemical Anchor Polyester 280ml Debbex SF

The Den Braven Polyester chemical anchor is a 2-component chemical anchoring system based on styrene-free polyester resins. It boasts high strength and cures via a chemical process. Use it for the chemical anchoring of steel rods, railing posts and bolts. It handles anchoring into substrates like concrete, breeze blocks, solid masonry, hollow bricks and other materials. It is very well-suited for mechanically fastening shop windows, garage doors or display cases.  

Instructions for use:
First, drill a hole of the required dimensions. Thoroughly clean the hole using a brush and pump. It is essential to properly mix both components (grey colour). Apply using an application gun (mechanical or electric). Dispense the first 10cm or so outside the hole until the anchor turns grey. Then apply the material directly into the hole and insert the threaded rod or other elements with a twisting motion. When applying to hollow materials, you must use a plastic or metal sleeve and fill the hole completely with mortar. When anchoring into solid materials, sleeves are not used and the hole should be filled to 1/3 to 1/2 of its depth.
