Den Braven Façade Cleaner - Bottle, 1L

Den Braven facade cleaner is a liquid concentrate designed to eliminate biological contaminants such as algae, mould, moss and lichen. The product effectively cleans various building materials, including walls, plaster, concrete, wood and roofing. Its formula provides immediate activation with a deep-cleaning effect, with no need to ventilate the surface after application. A single 1L bottle can treat an area of 30 to 50m² once diluted.

Den Braven facade cleaner tackles biological contaminants on a wide range of surfaces. Its formula boasts excellent adhesion to substrates such as walls, plaster and concrete, as well as wooden structures and roofing. It also works reliably on ETICS thermal insulation systems and both natural and artificial stone. You will also appreciate it for maintaining the areas around windows and doors, where it removes organic deposits and restores the appearance of surfaces.

Easy preparation and application

Before application, it is necessary to remove any thick layers of moss from the surface. The product itself is diluted with water for use, with a recommended dilution ratio of 1:4. Apply the resulting solution evenly to a dry surface using a brush, roller or spray. After the exposure time stated in the technical data sheet has elapsed, remove the dead contaminants mechanically with a brush or rinse them off with a pressure washer.

The product is based on a liquid concentrate containing active ammonium compounds, which ensure the complete elimination of bacteria and yeasts. The formula contains no heavy metals and is gentle on the treated substrate materials. The sanitised surface is also protected against the re-emergence of microorganisms in the long term.
