Dulux Trade Weathershield Silicon Plus 10L, NCS S 8005-B
Dulux Trade Weathershield Silicon Plus silicone masonry paint is designed for concrete and mineral plasters. It creates an opaque, matt, microporous film that allows water vapour to escape from the masonry while repelling water from the surface. It contains zinc pyrithione, which protects the coating against the growth of algae and moss, and is UV resistant. The paint is applied in two coats with a brush, roller or by spraying. Its theoretical coverage is up to 16m²/L and the approximate drying time is 4 hours.

Coating durability and protective properties
The coating creates a microporous film that allows water vapour to escape from the masonry, but is also water-repellent, protecting the facade from moisture penetration. The active ingredient zinc pyrithione makes the surface more resistant to algae and moss growth. The paint also has good resistance to weathering and UV radiation. Its mechanical scrub resistance corresponds to class 2.
