Dulux Trade Weathershield Silicon Plus 5 l, NCS S 7502-B

Dulux Trade Weathershield Silicon Plus silicone facade paint is designed for concrete and mineral plasters. It creates an opaque, matt, and vapour-permeable film that allows water vapour to escape from the masonry while repelling water from the surface. It contains zinc pyrithione, which protects the facade against algae and moss growth, and is resistant to UV radiation. Apply in two coats by spraying, brushing, or rolling. The theoretical coverage is 16m²/L and the paint takes approximately 4 hours to dry.

Resistance and protective properties

The paint creates a microporous film that is highly vapour-permeable, yet water-repellent at the same time. To protect against biological attack, zinc pyrithione is added as an active ingredient. The coating is also resistant to UV radiation. The mechanical resistance of the surface is demonstrated by its classification in Class 2 wet scrub resistance.
