The EXTOL PREMIUM cordless electrically powered transport transporter is designed for transporting solid, loose or dense materials. The electric drive significantly speeds up material transport and reduces operator fatigue, which significantly increases productivity. The machine has a dial on the right handle where you use your thumb to set the instantaneous speed both forward and backward. On the controller you can switch between forward or reverse, brake, normal speed or Turbo. Normal speed is used for normal operation, the Turbo can be used when driving uphill, on difficult terrain or when carrying heavier loads. The transporter is powered by a state-of-the-art "brushless" engine. The new type of motor has a longer service life, is more powerful and consumes less electricity. energy than conventional carbon brush motors. If necessary, the motor can be switched off completely and the wheel can be used for manual operation only.

All the cargo in the transporter is carried on wheels and the operator just controls the direction. The machine is equipped with two brakes, an electric one that can be activated on the controller and a manual one, which is used for braking when going downhill, but thanks to the safety lock it can also be locked when braking. The tyres have a deep off-road tread pattern with good traction. The conveyor is supplied with a metal bucket with a capacity of 200 l for bulk material. For transporting longer or bulkier items such as bollards, pipes, large logs, etc., a metal superstructure with sidewalls can be purchased.

The cordless transporter can be operated even in rainy weather and is equipped with a powerful LED light for working in low visibility. The transporter must be stored in a dry and weather-protected area. You can extend the handles before loading into the car to reduce the length during transport. The power source is a powerful 54 V/15 Ah Li-ion battery with an LED display showing its charge level and the battery's instantaneous voltage.

The removable battery makes it easy to charge and store in a dry and insulated environment, which is very important for its durability. The battery has protection against discharge below the minimum level, overload during excessive current draw, overcharging, short circuit and sudden temperature rise during operation. One 15 Ah battery is sufficient for normal work and can be quickly charged in the fast charger, for more demanding or longer work you can use an additional charged battery. Thanks to the Li-ion technology used, it can be recharged at any time without reducing its capacity. The Li-ion battery loses energy very slowly due to self-discharge and lasts a long time charged and ready for use.
