The Gardners microgreens "Grow Your Own" L set allows you to always have vitamins on hand. Treat yourself to fresh vitamins grown right in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a bit of space and enough light, perhaps on a windowsill. The growing kit contains seeds and coconut substrate. Coconut tablets are pressed from 100% coconut substrate. Just pour lukewarm water (about 200 ml) over them and let them swell for a few minutes. This kit contains seeds of cress, radishes, mustard, broccoli, Alphafy, mizuna and red kohlrabi The coconut tablet can be used from both sides and the bag of seeds is enough for two sowings. When you've harvested your first crop, turn the coir tablet in the cup over, re-sow the seeds and grow a second crop.

Watercress, radish and mustard full of vitamins
Radish has a quite sharp and pungent taste similar to radishes. Contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, D and E, as well as iron minerals, of iodine, potassium, calcium and phosphorus. It is suitable for salads, bread or cottage cheese or for decorating dishes. Radish has a mildly pungent taste and contains a large amount of protein, vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E and K. It is also rich in magnesium, iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and zinc. Use it in salads, on bread, in smoothies, for herb curd, dips or as a garnish for your dishes.
Mustard with its relatively pungent taste is suitable for a wide range of dishes. Contains vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E, K and iron minerals, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulphur and zinc. It also contains mustard oil. It is suitable for salads, cottage cheese with herbs or as a garnish for your dishes.
Alfafa and kohlrabi full of nutrients

Red kohlrabi has a fresh, mild flavour that is slightly reminiscent of cabbage. It has a high content of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulphur and zinc. Good in salads, for bread, for juicing, for a smoothie, like herbed cottage cheese, with fruit or as a garnish for your dishes.
Mineral-packed broccoli and mizuna
Broccoli contains vitamin C, B vitamins, provitamin A, minerals and especially sulphur compounds (sulforaphane). Organic sulphur (like that found in onions) is very important for the proper functioning of the immune system and is a powerful antioxidant that blocks cancer. The tiny sprouts of broccoli contain many times more nutrients than the fruit itself, so you only need to eat a small handful a day. And sprouted broccoli seeds can significantly strengthen the body, especially during the cold season, and protect it against various infectious diseases.
Mizuna is an Asian leafy vegetable, originally from Japan. The taste of this vegetable is slightly spicy. Mizuna is excellent in fresh salads or can be processed similarly to spinach. In fresh dishes, it is also very decorative. Mizuna is rich in carotenoids and other vitamins. Of the minerals, it contains potassium, calcium or magnesium.
