GARDNERS Microgreens set "Grow your own", S
The Gardners microgreens "Grow Your Own" kit, S allows you to always have vitamins on hand. Treat yourself to fresh vitamins grown right in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a bit of space and enough light, perhaps on a windowsill. The growing kit contains seeds and coconut substrate. Coconut tablets are pressed from 100% coconut substrate. Just pour lukewarm water (about 200 ml) over them and let them swell for a few minutes. The set contains seeds of cress, radish and mustard. The coconut tablet can be used from both sides and the bag of seeds is enough for two sowings. When you've harvested your first crop, turn the coir tablet in the cup over, re-sow the seeds and grow a second crop.
