Höfats Gravity Candle Pole

In the Höfats Gravity Candle Pole stand, the candle is suspended in a gimbal mount and, thanks to gravity, always remains upright. This multifunctional lantern, with its timelessly elegant design, is easy, clean, and safe to light and extinguish. Simply light the wick directly in the glass tube with a match. When you're finished, just turn the GRAVITY CANDLE upside down, and the flame is extinguished safely and cleanly – no blowing, smoke, or wax stains on the glass. The upside-down position also protects the tea light from dirt, rain, or dust. The GRAVITY CANDLE can be used standing on a table or mounted on an optional pole in the garden, on the terrace, or on a balcony – using the GRAVITY CANDLE Pole, you can place the GRAVITY CANDLE anywhere in your garden or in a flowerpot. The GRAVITY CANDLE simply attaches to the pole's base and can be easily turned to extinguish the flame and protect it from the elements. The pole can be adjusted to various lengths and either driven into the ground using the ground spike or mounted on the base for freestanding use.

A fascinating play with gravity

It needed a simple mechanism to ensure the candle always stays upright. The solution is a gimbal mount, similar to that used for a ship's compass. The safe extinguishing function by turning it upside down was further developed for the GRAVITY CANDLE. The lantern can rotate in all directions – a feature of the gimbal mount that is also reflected in the shape of the surrounding lower hemisphere. The GRAVITY CANDLE is designed to be as flexible as possible in a wide variety of settings – not just standing on a table, but also as a hanging lantern or on a pole.
