Using the bucket and ladle:
After finishing your sauna session, pour the water out of the sauna bucket, dry the bucket with a dry cloth and move it from the sauna to another room. Let the bucket and ladle dry at room temperature. The sauna bucket should only be filled with tap water, not by scooping water from a pool, etc. Fill the bucket only up to the level of the plastic insert. Do not leave the bucket to dry in a hot and humid sauna, placed on a wet or damp floor, nor should you leave water in it. Before the next use, fill the sauna bucket with fresh water and bring it into the sauna. Do not leave the ladle in the water; only scoop water, pour it over the heater, and set the ladle aside. If the ladle is left in water for too long, it may crack. The bucket and ladle can be cleaned with soapy water and a soft sponge or brush. Failure to follow these instructions may cause the entire material to crack and swell.
Using the thermometer with hygrometer:
The device has grooves on the back for calibration. Take another accurate device and set the current values. In the sauna, the device must be placed on a different wall from the one where the sauna heater is mounted.
Using the hourglass:
The sauna hourglass must not be placed directly above the heater. In the sauna, it must be placed on a different wall from the one where the sauna heater is mounted. Tolerance +/- 2 minutes.
Using the HUUM essence:
Dissolve 5–10ml in 1 litre of clean water.
