The rubberized surface and built-in needle on the inside reliably seal holes that will no longer be needed. The assembly of the cuff is very fast and really anyone can handle it. The needle that is part of the cuff is inserted into the hole you will no longer need and the cuff is closed. The hose is securely sealed and you will save money on water that you will not miss thanks to the cuff.
