LANITPLAST greenhouse TIBERUS 3 × 6 m, PC 6 mm

The structure of the greenhouse is composed of strong supporting arches (hot-dip galvanized steel profiles with a thickness of 1 mm and a width of 56 mm, steel manufacturer - United States Steel) and supplemented with premium polycarbonate with UV filter from the British company BRETT MARTIN. This combination makes the LANITPLAST TIBERUS greenhouses one of the highest quality and easiest to assemble greenhouses on the Czech market. Individual profiles are screwed together and after their assembly a very stable arch structure is created without the need to build a greenhouse base. The greenhouse is equipped with anchors directly into the ground. You can assemble the greenhouse by yourself in two or three people. The greenhouse is fixed in the soil by burying the footings of the structure in the ground or by pouring them into concrete.

Constructions:
The structure of the greenhouse is made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles 1 mm thick and 56 mm wide (steel manufacturer - United States Steel). The profiles are hot-dip galvanized = the steel is immersed in a zinc bath at a temperature of approx. 450 °C after the appropriate pre-treatment, the zinc and steel react together and an iron-zinc alloy is formed on the steel surface. This indestructible combination of zinc and steel creates extremely strong corrosion resistance. The individual ribs of the supporting arches are axially spaced 100 cm apart. The front face has a two-part hinged door, the rear face has a ventilation window. The greenhouse is not passable. Roof ventilation window, automatic window opener, various types of shelves, thermometers, hygrometers, etc. can be purchased as additional accessories.
Polycarbonate:
Premium British double-walled 6 mm polycarbonate with a strong UV filter (so it doesn't yellow or warp in the sun). In order to ensure the maximum quality of the greenhouse, we supply the construction with glazing made of high quality polycarbonate MARLON (manufacturer Brett Martin Great Britain), which has passed demanding tests in the Czech Republic in state accredited testing laboratories as a building material. In addition, it has a test protocol from the State Institute of Health in Prague, which confirms that no harmful substances are released from polycarbonate. So you can grow vegetables undisturbed without worrying about your health.

Greenhouse anchoring:
The greenhouse does not need a plinth, as the greenhouse structure is ready to be sunk into the ground to a depth of about 20-25 cm. The ends of the arches are screwed into the ground, where an inverted capital T-shaped profile is screwed onto some of them to prevent the greenhouse from being pulled out of the ground. In the Czech Republic and Slovakia this solution is not recommended due to very strong summer storms - the ideal solution is to concrete the anchors = pour concrete into the hole with the anchor. The greenhouse can also be anchored to a wooden / brick / concrete base using a holding anchor.
