The MARIMEX solar sail is designed for Florida 3.66 m or Orlando 3.66 m pools. During the day, the sail helps to heat the water as the sun's rays penetrate the sail and heat the water immediately below the surface. At night, it prevents the water from cooling and evaporating, saving on pool chemicals. The tarpaulin is made of blue polyethylene. It does not transmit UV rays causing decomposition of pool chemistry and algae growth. The MARIMEX solar sail protects the pool water from impurities, intensively heats it and thus significantly extends the swimming season.
