The METRIE Slimboy folding ruler is suitable for use in the workshop and on the construction site. It is made from high-quality birch and hornbeam wood. It has 10 segments and a length of 2m. The joints are made of galvanised blackened steel with a concealed steel rivet. The joints are lubricated with mineral vaseline and feature a hardened steel spring to ensure smooth operation. The segments are coated with two layers of water-based lacquer for water resistance. An upper layer of UV lacquer protects the ruler from solvents. The tapered segments make it easy to slip the folded ruler into your pocket and also allow for more precise readings from the scale. This is also helped by the 3-colour scale, on which the fives are marked in blue and the tens in red. The METRIE Slimboy folding ruler offers EG III accuracy class.
