Maxim celeriac seeds produce a late variety plant of vigorous growth, intended for direct consumption, preservation and freezing. They are also suitable for long-term storage and industrial processing. They produce large, smooth, spherical tubers with creamy white flesh and are resistant to blossom ending and septoria.
