Parsley with its delicately curled leaves will surely impress you with its taste. Curly parsley is less demanding to grow than root parsley. It yields best on wetter soils or under irrigation. It is ideal for direct consumption, drying and freezing. After cutting, the seedlings grow back quickly, allowing for repeated harvesting every 8-10 weeks. Sowing is carried out from the earliest spring and can be sown until early August for a gradual harvest. August and later sowings are also used for sowing, as they do not run out the following year.
