Neutral silicone oxime 02 white 310ml ČS

Get great results from your hard work with silicone sealant. With this one-component neutral silicone, you can rely on its high adhesion to glass, aluminum, steel, but also copper, which is not oxidized by metals and is colour-fast. It cures by vulcanizing air humidity and creates a perfectly strong and elastic joint. Putty is great for bonding porous and non-porous substrates. The universal silicone sealant oxim O2 is ideal for sealing joints and joints in glass and window constructions, in the sanitary area, the metal industry, but also in roofing and plumbing work or for heating, air conditioning and air conditioning. Neutral silicone oxime O2 is resistant to the vagaries of the weather, UV radiation and also does not age. The formed joint is then resistant to temperatures from 40 to +90 ° C.

Base:
oxime silicone

Consistency:
viscous paste

Colour:
white

Workflow:
The treasure must be dry, clean, solid, free of grease and dust. Clean greasy surfaces with acetone or alcohol. Penetrate absorbent substrates such as concrete and wood. Treat non-absorbent substrates, especially metal substrates, with an adhesive bridge. First line the deep joints with the filling rope. The minimum joint width is 6 mm. To achieve a straight and precise joint, cover the area with masking tape. Cut the application tip to the required thickness of the extruded material and insert the cartridge into a hand or pneumatic gun. Immediately after grinding, remove the applied silicone with a spatula and smooth out with a suitable moistened tool within five minutes.

Warning:
You cannot use neutral silicone to bond marble, aquariums, natural stone, polyethylene, polypropylene, water leaks and materials, which are in direct contact with food. Adhesion can be reduced, for example, in materials such as bitumen and plasticizer-releasing plastics or in substrates in which the temperature fluctuates appreciably, as a result of which the sealant is mechanically stressed. The curing speed of the sealant depends on the temperature, humidity and absorbency of the substrate. Lower temperatures and higher humidity increase the time it takes to form a dry coating and cure it.
