NOHEL GARDEN Oyster mushroom 250ml

NOHEL GARDEN Oyster mushroom 250ml
The oyster mushroom is one of the best known and also the most cultivated woody fungi in our country. Its popularity among consumers is great, especially for its aroma and the beneficial effects of glucan pleuran, which increases the body's resistance. The fruits grow in clusters in a roof-like manner. The hat is 5-15cm in diameter, fleshy, light brown to brownish grey in colour. The substrate for growing the fungus is either compact wood (logs, branches) or, in the case of intensive cultivation, sawdust, hardwood shavings, short-cut straw or shredded corn spindles. Fungus is best harvested by breaking off whole bunches. It is always a good idea to store the Pshells upwards. Fresh porcini mushrooms offer a variety of uses in different cuisines. Because the cane has a high content of healthful substances and is unsuitable for cooking due to its higher stiffness, it is recommended to dry and grind it into powder. This is then suitable to use as a dietary supplement or spice.
