The PROTECO Combination Pliers are 200mm and made of special tool steel, allowing for high cutting edge hardness up to 64 HRC. The handles are made of two separate layers of plastic. The pliers can be used to cut all common types of wire. By shifting the pin (versus previous types of pliers), the lever ratio has changed, which results in up to 35% greater power savings.
