PWS Filter cleaner 3 l

Filter cleaner is a product that significantly extends the life of the filter cartridge by up to two years. It is recommended for use when the filter cartridge of the pool filtration is clogged with dirt and therefore does not perform its function. It can be used mainly for cartridge filters and sand filters (for cleaning the sand cartridge and other cartridges). On the contrary, it is not designed for cleaning zeolite fillings. The cleaner regenerates the entire filter, the pool pipes are also cleaned, which are also polluted. However, it must never get into the pool and the filter cartridge must be washed sufficiently after application.

Dosing:
Dosing is purely individual and depends on the degree of contamination of the filter cartridge. In general, about 1 to 5 litres per 100 litres of filter cartridge can be recommended.

Preparation of the solution for cleaning the filter cartridges:
1 part PWS Filter Cleaner and 10 parts water. Immerse the cartridge in the solution and remove it after releasing the impurities and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Use:
When washing the filters, it is essential to prevent contamination of the pool water with residues of the Filter Cleaner (foam may form if the pool water is heavily contaminated). The filter cleaner is applied directly into the sand cartridge or onto the cartridge filter insert after dilution. The diluted product should act on the material to be cleaned for several hours. After removing the dirt and sludge build-up from the filter, it is absolutely necessary to wash the filter cartridge or cartridge filter with water, thus ridding the cleaned material of any Filter Cleaner residue. This procedure can extend the life of the filter cartridge several times.

Warning:
The product is not recommended to be applied in concentrated form. The cleaner must not contaminate the pool water and this must be prevented. Causes severe skin and eye damage. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Use protective equipment when working.
