It is used, for example, to protect car rims, providing them with resistance to UV radiation, chemicals and corrosion. A technologically advanced peelable paint system, which gives the wheels or accessories a luxurious matt grey finish with an industrial feel. Once cured, the product forms a flexible, highly durable layer of synthetic rubber that stands out for its practicality and aesthetic appeal. The product is applied directly from the container without the need for dilution.

Functional properties of peelable paint
On a matt grey surface, everyday dirt, brake pad dust and dried water droplets are much less visible than on other colours. Racer Dip Frozen Grey provides comprehensive protection for your car in premium packaging.
Comprehensive protection: High coverage: Thanks to its pigment system, no primer is required; Frozen Grey provides perfect coverage from the very first coats on any surface. Mechanical barrier: effectively absorbs the impact of flying stones and protects the original paintwork from scratches. Chemical resistance: The film is resistant to road salt, tarmac and harsh chemicals used in car washes. UV stability: The special formula ensures that the grey shade remains consistent and does not fade, even after prolonged exposure to the sun.
Technological process:
Thanks to its unique formulation, this peelable paint has excellent self-levelling properties. For best results, the manufacturer recommends:
1. Surface decontamination: The surface must be thoroughly free of grease, wax and dirt. The manufacturer recommends using isopropyl alcohol, which will prepare the surface perfectly and ensure 100% paint adhesion.
2. The layering process: Apply 4 to 6 coats of Frozen Grey directly to the prepared surface. The first layer acts as an adhesive layer; the subsequent layers build up the thickness of the material to facilitate future removal.
3. Curing: After 24 hours, the surface acquires its final mechanical properties.
Recommendations and maintenance:
Frozen Grey has excellent pigment density and provides superb coverage even when applied directly to dark or light surfaces. You can wash your car with a pressure washer (keeping a distance of 30 cm) or in an automatic car wash. The grey colour is great at hiding everyday road dust. The paint is 100% removable; if you apply the recommended number of coats, you can simply peel it off at any time like a large sticker, leaving the original paintwork untouched and clean.
Recommended number of sprays for a full coat on 4 wheel rims:
For wheels up to size R17, we recommend using 3 to 4 sprays. For larger discs (R18+), apply 4 to 5 sprays to ensure the layer is thick enough to be removed easily in one piece.
