Solid stainless steel security hardware with a steel base. The steel escutcheon protects the cylinder insert against drilling. The outer plate is primarily produced as a steel forging and then milled to the desired shape. The escutcheon and forging are hardened to 52 HRC. Offset handle, a stainless steel casting with a perfect surface texture. The handle is supplied as standard in a 'C-FORM' shape. The modular hardware system allows for the replacement of any of its external parts (i.e., handles, pulls, escutcheons and plate covers). For the hardware to function correctly, the cylinder insert must extend 15–18mm beyond the outer edge of the door. Supplied for various lock spacings and door thicknesses. For bolts for door thicknesses other than those specified in the table, an extension kit must be ordered separately. The 'MD' copper surface is achieved using vacuum metallisation, with 'PVD coating' technology. It is then coated with a thin layer of oil, which protects it and gives it a luxurious appearance. The result is a completely smooth surface that is resistant to scratches and corrosion.
