The house with a galvanized steel structure with ventilation grilles needs to be built on a level foundation (concrete, tiles, wooden floor). The perimeter frame is attached to a flat substrate with anchor bolts using the anchoring material also included. The floor is not part of the house. The maximum snow load on the roof is 60 kg/m².
